The creative behind BraunCam Inc. is Matthew Braun, a Canada/US based cinematographer/director/photographer currently residing in Toronto, ON.

Over the years Matthew has travelled across Canada and the U.S.A working as a cinematographer on shows for The Food Network, Discovery Channel, Cooking Channel, TSN, CTV, HGTV, Netflix, Amazon and more.  He has been nominated for 3 Canadian Screen Awards, for the series Food Factory in 2015, and Carnival Eats in 2019 and 2022. 

 

Matthew has been fortunate to have worked with many companies in the food and beverage industry, as well as manufacturing, artisan creators, and other creative industries creating digital content.

Matthew has worked extensively in the fields of factual and documentary television (food, home reno, design, travel), as well as short narrative, music videos and commercials.
